George Saridakis VICE PRESIDENT | LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

George is a learning enthusiast who truly takes his title to heart, for to him, everything is an educational project. Serving as a senior instructional designer, he has developed dozens of e-learning modules in a variety of fields ranging from aerospace to healthcare to safety management.

Regardless of the topic of the module he’s working on, George’s background in engineering and his propensity for writing lead him to produce training products that are meticulous in both structure and content. In addition, his personable character and attention to detail have also earned him prominent roles in face-to-face training as well, notably those of a sought-after trainer at Pratt & Whitney Canada, and an instructor of a Master’s level course about Educational Cybernetics at Concordia University.

Such privileged experiences drove him to publish a book about accelerated learning, called Think and Learn Rich, in 2009. The desire behind that book was to help others bring the best out of themselves, and as anyone working with him can clearly tell, it is that same desire that drives him to this day.
